five kale, cut into cubes.
Two carrots cut into medium cubes.
Two sliced onions.
1 tablespoon of garlic.
A teaspoon of mixed spices.
A small spoon of salt.
A teaspoon of black pepper.

How to prepare:
Put the chopped vegetables in a bowl over the heat, then submerge them in water and let them boil.
Another amount of water can be added if we notice that the amount of water is small.
Add salt and black pepper and stir a little, then cover the bowl and leave the vegetables on the heat until they are completely done.
