How to make a pancake diet

Oat pancake:
Ingredients:
fruit mixed spoon of molasses.
Three cups and a quarter of the milk.
Four tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Two eggs.

A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
A teaspoon of baking soda.
A quarter cup of oats.
Two teaspoons of baking powder.

Method of preparation:
Place the milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil in a deep bowl, then mix the ingredients using a manual grill racket, then set the mixture aside.

Ingredients:

How to prepare:

Ingredients:
a cup of flour.

A cup of yogurt.
Two tablespoons of oil.

A teaspoon of baking powder.
Pinch of salt.
Vanilla.
A tablespoon of white honey

Method of preparation:
Mix bananas with milk and eggs in a blender, then add vanilla.
Add sugar and stir the ingredients, then add the oil, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and stir well.
Grease a tray with oil and pour the mixture on parts until it is firm, then stir it on the other side until done completely.
Serving banana pancake with white honey
Strawberry Pancake:
Ingredients:
a small strawberry packaging.
One and a half cup of flour.
A teaspoon and a half of baking soda.
Two tablespoons of maple syrup.
A tube of cream cheese with herbs.
A quarter cup of olive oil.
Half a teaspoon of salt.
A cup and a quarter of soy milk.

Method of preparation:
Put the flour, salt, baking soda, olive oil, and soy milk together in a bowl and mix them well until they form a soft dough.
Grease a skillet or grill lightly with vegetable butter and transfer the mixture with a spoon to it.
Turn the pancakes when the underside starts to gain brown color, take out bubbles from the upper side, transfer the pancakes to a plate and leave them in a warm oven until the rest of them is finished once the sides have browned.
Pancake served with cream cheese with herbs, strawberries and maple syrup.
