Pie with apple and cinnamon:
Two large pieces of sliced and peeled apples.
One and a half cup of white flour.
Three-quarters of a cup of non-fat cheese.
Half a cup of melted vegetable butter.
Two big eggs.
A cup and three-quarters of white sugar.
Half a tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
1 tablespoon of baking powder Fine salt.
Four teaspoons of finely ground cinnamon.

Preparation method:

We put butter, cheese, half the amount of sugar and vanilla in the bowl of the electric mixer, then we beat them on medium speed, for a period of not less than four minutes.
Gradually add eggs and whisk.
We put baking powder, flour, and table salt in a hollow bowl, then mix them well, add them to the egg mixture, and continue to whisk until we have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the remaining sugar, and cinnamon, and whisk.
We put two tablespoons of the previous mixture on top of the apples and mix them well.
Add the cinnamon and apple mixture to the mixture and continue to beat until we obtain a semi-liquid dough.
We choose a suitable tray, pour the mixture into it, then put it in the oven for at least an hour.
