Make a light dinner

Ingredients:
bean sauce: a cup of sliced beans.
A grain of chopped tomatoes.
Two tablespoons of olive oil.
Head of finely chopped red onions.
A teaspoon of paprika or paprika.
Two green lemon juice.
Two tablespoons of hot sauce.
A teaspoon of roasted cumin.
Black pepper, and salt – as desired –

Avocado Cream:
Two avocados.
Salt and black pepper, to taste.
Green Lemon Juice.
Half a cup of roasted peanuts.
A quarter cup of coriander seeds.
A teaspoon of sumac.
Half a cup of roasted sesame.
A teaspoon of thyme.
A quarter cup of roasted cumin seeds.
A small spoon of salt.
A teaspoon of black pepper.

Serving: four slices of brown bread greased with oil, grilled on both sides. Wild watercress, green onion, to taste. Olive oil, as needed.

How to prepare:
Prepare a bean sauce, by mashing the beans using a fork, then mix all the ingredients of the sauce, and flavor it with pepper and salt.
Make an avocado cream, mash the avocado using a fork, then mix it with lemon juice, flavored with black pepper, and salt.
Prepare precision spices, where all the ingredients are ground except for sesame and thyme, then mix all ingredients together and flavor with salt.
Assemble the plate, by grinding the slices of bread with olive oil, then put it in the oven for one minute for each side, after which each slice of bread is placed on the serving plate, then cream.
Add the sauce over the avocado, then add the flavoring seasoning.
Add oil to the face, and decorate the dish with watercress leaves, green onions.

Garlic bread and coriander:
Ingredients:
A quarter of a teaspoon of baking soda.
Three tablespoons of crushed garlic.
Two and a half cups of flour.
Three-quarters of a cup of yogurt.
Three-quarters of a teaspoon of baking powder.
A quarter cup of chopped coriander.
A quarter cup of vegetable oil.
A teaspoon of sugar.
A teaspoon of obesity.

How to prepare:
Place each of the following ingredients in the mixer bowl: baking powder, cups of flour, garlic, oil, sugar, coriander, obesity, and salt. Then, put the racket and run on medium speed to obtain a coherent paste that is separated from the ends of the mixer bowl. Add the rest of the flour if the dough texture is soft, then run the mixer for an additional three minutes.
Form the dough in a disk shape, then put it in a bowl painted with oil, cover it with nylon, and leave it in a warm place for one to two hours.
Cut the dough into medium-sized balls, then spread it on a floured surface, to get rounded loaves.
Heat a thick base skillet over high heat, then place the loaves in batches, and stir them until golden in color.

Grilled vegetable sandwich:
Ingredients:
3 thin slices of grilled eggplant.
Four thin slices of grilled carrots.
Four thin slices of grilled zucchini.
Four pieces of grilled mushrooms, sliced.
Three slices of tomato.
A sheet of turkey lettuce.
Two slices of brown bread.
Tablespoon of mustard.

How to prepare:
put a slice of bread in a serving dish, then arrange the roasted vegetables over it as layers, as desired.
Spread the mustard over the vegetables, then put the other bread slice, and serve the sandwich directly.
