Roasted broccoli with cheese

Ingredients

Quantity of broccoli heads according to family members

 olive oil

Cloves of garlic
A quantity of cheese of your choice, but preferably Parmesan cheese
A teaspoon of lemon peel

How to prepare

We heat the oven at a high temperature.
Chop the broccoli heads into small pieces.
Spread it in a special tray in the oven and cover with cooking paper and sprinkle it with olive oil, salt, and black and red pepper.
Put it in the oven until it is cooked, then sprinkle it with grated garlic and put it back in the oven.
After that, we sprinkle the grated cheese on all the boule pieces and return it to the oven until all the cheese melts.
For more flavor, sprinkle lemon peel.

Broccoli omelette

Ingredients

A quantity of fresh broccoli heads, according to family members
6 eggs
A quarter cup of fresh milk

How to prepare

Ingredients

Amount of green onions
Half a cup of berries
Three tablespoons of oil
Three tablespoons of vinegar
Two tablespoons of sugar
A quarter cup of sunflower seeds
Cooked slices of bacon

How to prepare

In a deep salad bowl, mix together broccoli, onions, and berries
In another small bowl, prepare the marinade, mix the oil, vinegar, and sugar, and stir well
Pour the marinade over the broccoli mixture and mix well until the berries absorb all the flavor of the marinade.
