Pistachio, apricot and dark chocolate biscuit

Ingredients:

olive oil
A quantity of pistachios, it is advisable to peel it
Amount of seeds mixed
Half a pound of oats
Eight grains of dates without pits
A little dried apricots
Dark chocolate to add flavor
A medium-sized cup of maple syrup
4 tablespoons soft almond butter

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven.
We paint the tray we want to bake in.
We mix all the pistachios, seeds, and the amount of oats and distribute them in a baking tray and enter the oven until they are toasted and take a golden color, taking care to stir from time to time so that they do not burn.
While the seeds are roasted, we cut the dates, the apricots, and the chocolate into very small pieces
In a small saucepan melt the butter and add maple leaves, water, and dates to it and leave it on low heat.
When the date mixture is heated, we crush it with a spoon or fork until we get a sticky sauce.
When the date sauce is cooked, we add the seeds and oats, which we roasted previously, and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a suitable tray and grease it with butter and press it well until we get an even surface.
We put the tray into the oven and let the biscuit simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until it becomes golden in color.
We cut the biscuits into sheets or as desired.

Frozen yogurt cake

Ingredients

Half a pound strawberry

A large cup of natural yogurt

Half a pound of banana

Half a pound cranberry

Half a pound of blackberries

How to prepare

Cut all the amount of strawberry into small pieces and add the yogurt to it and put the mixture in an electric mixer or you can use a hand mixer but you have to mix well until we get a homogeneous mixture.
Then we put the mixture in an aluminum or tin container and put it to cool in the freezer for at least fifteen minutes.
While the strawberry mixture cools down, do the same with the banana. Mix it with the yogurt and place it on top of the previous strawberry layer, then let it cool in the freezer.
Repeat the process with all the fruits you want to use in this recipe.
We put all layers of fruits one by one and leave them until they cool and hold together well.
Slice the cold cake and enjoy the rich taste.

Frozen yogurt

Ingredients

A banana
A pound of fruit of your choice, such as berries or pears
Liquid honey
A pound of natural yogurt

How to prepare

Wash the fruits well, peel them, and then cut them into small pieces.
We distribute the fruit pieces in a wide tray and put them in the freezer until they are frozen.
You can serve dessert in glass cups or in ice cream cones, the choice remains for you.
In an electric mixer, mix the honey and the previous mixture until we get a smooth and homogeneous texture.
Divide berries between cups or ice cream cones, then pour the frozen fruit mixture over them.
This sweetener is served cold.
