Mushroom and Brussels Sprouts Pizza


A pound of pizza dough
Grated cheese
Mushroom, cut into slices
Tablespoon vinegar
A small red onion
A tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Goat cheese
Fresh thyme

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to a high temperature
Sprinkle the baking tray with flour so that the pizza does not stick
Form the pizza dough in a circle and place it on the baking tray
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil, mix together the mushrooms, vinegar, and sliced onions
We put the pan over the heat on a medium temperature
Season the mixture with salt and pepper
When mushrooms are done, put it on top of the pizza dough, then add grated cheese, goat cheese, and a sprinkle of thyme and put it in the oven
We leave it until it takes a golden color and takes it out

Cauliflower Salad


A pound of cauliflower
Tablespoon. olive oil
Half a cup of lemon juice
A small red onion
An amount of feta cheese
Amount of golden raisins
A quarter cup of pine nuts

How to prepare

In a special tray for baking, place the cauliflower with a sprinkle of olive oil, salt, and pepper and put it into the oven at a medium temperature until the cauliflower is roasted, taking care to stir from time to time.

In another large bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil and salt and whisk them well

Put the cauliflower in the marinade and mix well and leave it for at least ten minutes

Add onions, cheese and raisins on the salad
