Orange cake

Ingredients

A large cup of coconut

A cup of cake mix with pudding

Three large eggs

Half a cup of oil

How to prepare

How to prepare

In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

In the meantime, prepare the orange filling, in a large saucepan put the amount of water to boil well, then add the butter and fresh cream to it with constant stirring, then put the mixture aside to cool
In another deep bowl, beat the eggs and egg yolks with juice, sugar, and orange zest. Mix all the ingredients well until we get a fairly thick cream.
Mix the water mixture with the egg mixture and put it in the previously prepared tart and put it into the oven until the orange cream becomes firm
We leave the cake to cool and serve cold with juice
