Zucchini chips

Ingredients

 1 large zucchini, cut into very thin slices

A tablespoon of olive oil

A tablespoon of ranch seasoning

A teaspoon of dried oregano

the salt

Ground black pepper

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to a very high temperature
Brush the oven tray with butter or flour so that the zucchini slices do not stick to it, as you can use cooking paper
After cutting the zucchini into thin slices, press it with paper towels to get rid of all the moisture
In a deep bowl, put the slices of zucchini and add to it each spoonful of olive oil, ranch seasonings, dry spices, salt, thyme, and black pepper, then mix well until all the zucchini is saturated with flavors
We put it on a baking tray on a single layer
We put it in the pre-heated oven and let it simmer and take a golden color and become crunchy
Take it out of the oven and serve it after it cools down

Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

Two large sweet potatoes

A tablespoon of vegetable oil or olive oil

A tablespoon of cornstarch

A tablespoon of chili powder

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

A teaspoon of mustard powder

a small spoon of salt

One green onion

Half a cup of sour cream

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to a high temperature
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices
In a bowl, mix all the spices with the starch, in turn, dip all the slices in the oil, then put them in the spice mixture and stir well, then put them in a special baking tray covered with cooking paper
Put the slices into the hot oven and leave them until they are soft and crunchy

Apple Chips

Ingredients

A tablespoon of granulated sugar

A teaspoon of cinnamon

How to prepare

Cut the apples into very thin slices, put them in a deep bowl, and slice them with cinnamon
We put the slices in a baking tray prepared with baking paper so that the slices do not stick
