Strawberry and oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

A cup and a half of oat flakes

Half a cup of flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

A quarter of a teaspoon salt

Four tablespoons of butter

A quarter cup of brown sugar

A quarter cup of regular sugar

Two eggs

Half a cup of natural apple juice

A tablespoon of vanilla

Half a cup of chopped strawberries

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to a high temperature before preparing, prepping the baking sheet with parchment paper
In a deep bowl, put the amount of oats, flour, soda, and salt and stir well until all ingredients are homogeneous and leave this mixture aside
In another bowl, put the butter with both types of sugar and mix them well with an electric mixer until we get a light cream-like texture
Then we add the eggs to it, apple juice, and vanilla, and continue mixing well until all the ingredients are mixed
Finally, add the chopped strawberries and mix them well as well
Then we add the mixture of butter and eggs to the mixture of oats and mix them well until we get a somewhat coherent dough.
We form them in the form of balls and put them in the baking tray and put them into the oven
Leave it until fully cooked and golden, about twenty minutes
Let it cool down well and serve it with tea or juice

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

A cup of peanut butter

Half a cup of brown sugar

A large egg

Half a teaspoon of baking soda

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to a high temperature and prepare the baking sheet with baking paper
